U.S. Court lifts Ban on Galaxy Nexus
Samsung may sell the smartphone Galaxy Nexus in the United States again for the time being. A U.S. federal appeals court overturned a patent in the dispute between Apple and Samsung enacted Sales ban on Friday again (PDF). The lift however, does not apply to the Galaxy tab 10.1 until Apple comes up with arguments.
As the patent expert Florian Mueller, in his Patent Blog declared that there could be jumping at this issue further and forth.
The date given to Apple by the court is 12th for a response to decide whether the smartphone can be sold during the further course of the trial.
