Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg announced in September, Timeline let the users a great visually impactful profile and makes them able to share their stories.
Zuckerberg also declared the real thinking behind Timeline,saying:”Millions of People share the stories of their lives on FB everyday. We have been working on ‘timeline’ whole year…it is the story of your life and almost new way to express yourself.”

Timeline has three pieces: all your apps, stories and you can express yourself in a new way.
He also stated that he wanted Facebook users to ‘fill in the gaps’ so that the personal information of all users was on their Facebook profile.
