Cannot Uninstall Applications via Manager

When you are unable to uninstall an application using the Manager function of your phone then don’t worry and follow these steps:

• Install FExplorer.
• Open it and go to the path folder of application. If you have installed it to the MMC so the path would like this,
E:\system\apps
Here you can see lots of folders that is only labeled by numbers or the name of the apps. Go though them separately. Open the text file in that folder to know the name of the app in the particular folder if you are unable to see any icons or familiar name.

• If this is correct folder, “move out” of the folder, Click Option> File> Delete.
• Now go to the Manager and uninstall it if it’s still listed.
• Reboot.
